Neighborhood tour

If you are new to the community we will be pleased to take you on a tour of the neighborhoods – not just the houses! Let us introduce you to the best shopping, recreation, libraries and other amenities our wonderful communities have to offer! What’s important to you in a community? Are good schools your first priority? Do you have hobbies or activities that you would like to maintain? Need an area that’s accommodating for pets? Any special service needs or concerns? We’ll take care of them. We intimately know the communities we work in and would be proud to find one that is a good fit for you and your lifestyle.

Mortgage Advice

Unlike the big box brokers, we are an independent company with no obligations to specific lenders or other service providers. When you talk with us about your home loan needs we can provide you with unbiased advice to serve your best interests. We will be glad to help you prepare a list of questions for potential lenders and we can suggest local companies that have loans to fit your needs. Because we don’t work with just one lender, we have a broad range of experiences with different loans and loan programs, including feedback from previous clients. We are well-equipped to help prepare a purchase contract to reflect your loan, whether you are using a conventional, FHA, PHFA, Relocation, Physician’s-Only, or a 203-K loan. Our number one goal is to be be accommodating to your needs. Moving is already stressful; let’s make it easy.

We will be glad to help you tour homes, at your convenience. We will use our expertise to point out everything you should notice with regard to location, condition, and value. When we help you tour homes, you’ll get the rundown of not just its best features, but also elements that require maintenance or special attention. We will make sure you don’t miss a thing. Consider, for example, your house through the seasons. Does the yard get enough sun for that garden you’re envisioning? Will that steep driveway be difficult in the winter snow and ice? We will help you prepare a checklist and list of questions before you even enter the house, to make sure you know what you’re looking for and get the most out of your time.

Making an Offer

When you find your dream house, we will help you determine its fair market value and assist you in preparing an offer that will be successful– even in today’s competitive market! We will guide you through the negotiation process, using our skills to get you what you want in a range that is affordable to you and appealing to the seller.


We will be by your side as you inspect the home. There's a lot to consider, but our thoroughness will make sure you are as informed as possible about your new home. We welcome you to use the inspectors and contractors that you trust; our contacts in the trades are yours to utilize as well. Our goal at this time will be for you to learn as much as possible about the condition and future maintenance of the house you are preparing to purchase. Will this be a house you can realistically maintain? If not, how can we address those maintenance concerns and make this house as accessible as possible to you? If you need services, we will provide you with the contact information of reliable people who are great at what they do.


We will accompany you on a pre-settlement walk-through to ensure that any required repairs were completed and that the house is in the condition it was in at the time of inspections. We will accompany you to settlement and review the documents with you. Our favorite moment will be shaking your hand and giving you the keys to your new home!
